Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• To greet all visitors professionally and to support all incoming calls and transfer them to the respective staff efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating fax correspondence with companies (inward and outward), ensuring all documents are delivered quickly to the respective staff.
• Provide assistance to Personal Assistant in general office/admin duties – filling, photocopying and maintaining a tidy office environment.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Admin/Secretarial or equivalent certificate.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Good telephone etiquette and pleasant personality
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Malay Female candidates.
